Hiring – Registered Care Manager
Full time (37.5 hours pw)
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 pa, depending upon experience
Location: Seton Care, Brentwood CM13
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of Seton Care, ensuring the provision of a high quality elderly care service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with relevant legislation. You will provide effective leadership, guidance and professional direction to the whole team and possess a thorough understanding of the CQC requirements.
Seton Care is a small, friendly residential care home, with a dedicated staff team who are kind, caring and compassionate towards our residents. We are rated ‘good’ by the CQC. We take pride in the unique environment and service we provide to our residents whilst promoting the Seton values of dignity, fulfilment, privacy, independence and choice. A homely and supportive sense of community is provided, with the support needs of our residents being person centred to each individual.
We are keen to recruit someone who is dedicated, enthusiastic, compassionate, respectful and sympathetic to the Christian ethos and values.
You must hold an NVQ4 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and an appropriate Management qualification, with elderly residential care leadership experience.
