Welcoming New Affliates
On Wednesday 6th April 2022, a special Mass of Affiliation was celebrated in the Chapel of the Marillac Neurological Care Centre during which PATRICIA HUSBAND and ANNE MARIE SCURFIELD were welcomed as affiliates of the Daughters of Charity. They have given lifelong service and support to the Sisters and those they serve. Fr Paul Roche CM was the main celebrant, and the chapel was filled with guests from Pat and Anne Marie’s families, Daughters of Charity, friends, work colleagues and trustees. Sr Ellen Flynn , Provincial of the Daughters of Charity, presented Anne and Pat with their certificates and SV medals. Afterwards everyone withdrew to the hall for a wonderful buffet provided by the Marillac Catering staff. A day to remember and say THANKS to God for all that has been, and for all to come
